Right now, we are looking for a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to integrate into our internal team.

Your responsibilities include:

Design tailored solutions to meet business requirements and enhance client processes;
Prepare detailed functional specification documentation;
Analyze business processes and translate requirements into solutions;
Customize and configure Dynamics 365 solutions;
Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designed solutions;
Test and validate developed solutions to align with customer expectations;
Create test plans, user guides, and training materials for implemented solutions;
Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field;
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role;
Knowledge of key Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc. );
Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys) is a plus;
Hands-on experience in customizing Dynamics 365 (attributes, views, forms);
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
