Responsibilities

• Transform business requirements into a straightforward technical model and map processes to application requirements.
• Prototype and configure processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) to meet client needs.
• Run workshops with clients, consultants, and client leaders to analyze and design solutions and address gaps detected during prototyping.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client needs are incorporated into specifications and functions.
• Document settings and prepare clients to use the system; support testing and user training.

What You’ll Do

• Identify areas where customizations or extensions may be required, including changes to standard reports when needed.
• Create or evaluate a breakdown of clients’ business processes to link functional and
  - functional requirements.
• Prototype and configure processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to ensure the system works as intended for the client.

Qualifications / Experience

• Strong consulting skills and
  - facing experience with an implementation partner.
• Passion for learning, good business sense, and time management.
• Ability to manage client expectations effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• At least one
  - cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX.
• Experience identifying customization or extension needs and modifying reports if required.
