We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and
- quality technical solutions.

What you will be doing

- Contribute to solution concept development using strong analytical and
- thinking skills.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

- Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.

- Develop and maintain integrations with
- party systems and external applications.

- Build and customise plugins, workflows, and extensions within Dynamics 365.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily
- ups, and retrospectives.

- Contribute to technical specifications, architecture decisions, and documentation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions across environments.
