Position: Dynamics 365 Senior Developer

Main responsibilities:

• Participate in communications with partners and clients as needed
• Understand the company's release processes
• Participate in requirements analysis, development, unit testing, and documentation
• Write quality code to meet customer needs and configurations
• Troubleshoot and debug with guidance from senior team members
• Mentor junior Software Engineers
• Deliver training and share knowledge
• Suggest improvements based on understanding of the platform and processes

Reporting to the CRM & Loyalty Director, as a team member of this fantastic team.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in Dynamics CRM development (Microsoft Dynamics / Power
  Apps), with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM is a plus but not mandatory
• Solution architecture and project leadership experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Background in Backend with SSIS and C#
• Strong programming skills for maintainable, efficient, reliable, and secure code
• Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and XRM
• English proficiency (B2 level or higher)
