What are we looking for?

Are you a senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant ready to transform business processes? We are looking for an experienced professional to design, analyze, and implement solutions in Customer Engagement.

Job Description

Minimum experience required:

• 5+ years as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Customer Engagement and Customer Service modules.
• Knowledge of Marketing and Field Service modules is a plus.
• Experience in preparing detailed functional specification documentation.
• Experience analyzing business processes and translating requirements into solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing solutions.

It is mandatory that you:

• Have excellent communication skills with clients and diverse stakeholders.
• Already live in Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and design Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications and documentation.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver
  - quality solutions.

Working Model

• Hybrid – Porto or Lisbon
