Position: Dynamics 365 Senior Functional Consultant
Location: Lisbon or Porto (Hybrid – 2x day week)
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
- Strong expertise in Customer Engagement and Customer Service modules.
- Knowledge of Marketing and Field Service modules is an advantage.
- Experience preparing detailed functional specification documentation.
- Skilled in analyzing business processes and translating requirements into solutions.
- Experience in solution design.
- Strong client communication skills.
