What You'll Do

Avanade is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Finance or Supply Chain Management Specialist with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finance or SCM domains and a passion for leveraging AI technologies to optimize Finance and Supply Chain processes, support our client’s transformation agenda and drive business growth.

Working as part of the ERP team you’ll collect information, analyze requirements and solve problems, providing technical and operational support.

Skills and Experiences

• Lead Finance or Supply Chain assessments, identifying trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement, develop and implement AI-driven strategies to enhance Finance and Supply Chain efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing Finance or Supply Chain systems.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI-driven Finance or Supply Chain initiatives.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support
  - making processes.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI for Finance and SCM domains.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients as well as internal stakeholders on technology and AI-driven best practices in Finance or Supply Chain management and change management

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years’ industry experience in Finance or Supply Chain Management with strong preference to Finance, Logistics, Procurement or International Trade with a proven track record of delivering strategic initiatives
• Proven experience in Finance and Supply Chain Management advanced analytics solutions, technology implementation with a focus on AI and innovation.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in AI tools and technologies.
• Experience in leading across functional teams and managing client relationships at different levels
• Ability to work in a
  - paced and dynamic environment.
