We are seeking an experienced Technical Dynamics Consultant to manage, monitor, and ensure the continuity of our Dynamics CRM environment. This system is critical to supporting all interactions between Vrumona and its hospitality clients.

We are looking for a consultant who can quickly absorb system knowledge and ensure a smooth transition. In the initial phase, your focus will be on maintaining system continuity, addressing technical inquiries from the business, and monitoring performance. Over time, you will also be responsible for implementing system changes and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the stability and continuity of the Dynamics CRM environment.

Respond to technical questions and support business users.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

Implement changes and enhancements to the CRM system.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Dynamics Consultant.

Strong experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Logic Apps.

Familiarity with Azure Data Factory.

Proficiency in C#, . NET, SSRS, and Java
Script.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with Dynamics Marketing and Customer Insights.

Knowledge of Power BI.

Dutch language skills are a plus, but not required.

Additional Information:

This is a 100% remote position.
