About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to join our team remotely. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for our clients across various industries. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable,
- quality CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead
-
- end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, and deployment.

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to deliver tailored CRM solutions.

Customize Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc. ) using Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).

Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems and
- party applications.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants.

Conduct user training and support
- implementation activities.

Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and best practices.

Requirements

5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE).

Proven track record of leading CRM implementations in complex environments.

Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

Experience with Azure services, Dataverse, and integration tools (e. G. , Kingsway
Soft, Logic Apps).

Proficiency in customizing entities, workflows, plugins, and Java
Script.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Microsoft certifications (e. G. , MB-210, PL-200, PL-600) are a strong plus.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Background in industries such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.

Familiarity with Dev
Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365.
