Dynatrace Business Application Monitoring Expert
The Dynatrace Tech Lead is responsible for leading the development, maintenance, and optimization of the Dynatrace platform for application and infrastructure monitoring.
This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure that the technical capabilities align with the product vision, customer needs, and market trends.
The Tech Lead coordinates the team of monitoring officers to design, develop, and implement projects and improvements, ensuring the platform is secure, scalable, and easily maintainable.
You understand stakeholders’ requirements and translates them into technical solutions. You also identifies opportunities to optimize and improve the platform’s performance, monitors usage, and identifies potential areas of risk.
The Tech Lead contributes to the technical readiness of the Monitoring team, sharing his knowledge and identifying rooms for collective improvement.
DIMENSION OF ROLE
The Dynatrace Tech Lead manages the Dynatrace platform, leading a team of dedicated resources in different countries, and collaborating with counterparts from multiple AXA entities. They ensure that all monitoring requirements are met and contribute to answering observability needs, fulfilling Quality of Service requirements in various AXA GO and Opcos business areas (Cloud ecosystem, Identity, Integration solutions, Cyber
Defense, Corporate functions, Opco business applications) with different project sizes (30 to 100
- days) within an annual budget around 1M€ (including licenses, professional services, and fixed prices).
Additionally, they contribute to increasing the maturity of GO and Opcos in terms of observability and quality of service measurement, through delivering expertise to transformation programs such as Harmony Pillar 5 (Monitoring automation and event management) or Atlas (move to cloud). Finally, they define the roadmap of the Dynatrace platform in line with the vision of the product and the priorities of AXA GO.
Technical expertise :
- In-depth technical knowledge of Dynatrace Saa
S (Infra & App monitoring, GRAIL, Monaco framework, Automation Workflows) and other relevant technologies related to observability. - Ability to design and implement solutions that meet stakeholder needs and are secure, scalable, and easily maintainable.
- Familiarity with other monitoring and Log analysis tools, data visualization, and performance monitoring.
Leadership :
- Lead a team of monitoring officers to implement projects, improvements, and modifications to the platform.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the required standard.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Communication :
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders (including business analysts, project managers, and other technical teams) to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Python scripting, Puppet tool knowledge.
- Scrum Agile and Dev
Ops methodology - Project management skills.
- Familiarity with cloud computing environments and emerging trends in the industry.
- Strong general knowledge in IT and Datacenter architecture, from network, infrastructure layer to middleware, web architecture, identity management, and authentication.
NON-TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Product Owner for monitoring platform
- Project and solution delivery according to the project organization (Cycle V, AGILE, Scrum, Kanban, Dev
