Job position pitch
The Dynatrace Tech Lead is responsible for leading the development, maintenance, and optimization of the Dynatrace platform for application and infrastructure monitoring. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure that the technical capabilities align with the product vision, customer needs, and market trends. 
The Tech Lead coordinates the team of monitoring officers to design, develop, and implement projects and improvements, ensuring the platform is secure, scalable, and easily maintainable. He understands stakeholders’ requirements and translates them into technical solutions.
Main missions
The Dynatrace Tech Lead manages the Dynatrace platform, leading a team of dedicated resources in different countries, and collaborating with counterparts from multiple AXA entities. They ensure that all monitoring requirements are met and contribute to answering observability needs, fulfilling Quality of Service requirements in various AXA GO and Opcos business areas. 
Technical expertise
- In-depth technical knowledge of Dynatrace Saa
S (Infra & App monitoring, GRAIL, Monaco framework, Automation Workflows) and other relevant technologies related to observability. - Ability to design and implement solutions that meet stakeholder needs and are secure, scalable, and easily maintainable.
 - Familiarity with other monitoring and Log analysis tools, data visualization, and performance monitoring.
 
Expected Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
- Lead technical activities related to Dynatrace platform delivery.
 - Defining and implementing platform configurations
 - Maintaining up to date documentation (design, architecture & procedures)
 - Regularly reviewing and optimizing the platform performance to ensure optimal usage of resources and
- effectiveness.
