Service Description

Team dedicated to ensuring end-to-end observability and proactive incident management through:

• Monitoring,
• Automation,
• Performance analytics,

for internal products and global operations.

Key Responsibilities / Deliverables

• Assess product needs in terms of observability and monitoring.
• Design and implement solutions to onboard new scopes to the Dynatrace platform.
• Contribute to the

  - end monitoring view by providing alerts and metrics related to the covered scopes.
