Regional E-Banking (Re
B) provides daily support for electronic trading platforms and application issues experienced by Clients, Traders, and Marketers. The E-Banking Support Officer works closely with the e
Commerce Product (Digital Banking) and Business Development teams to optimize systems and provide excellent user support.

Your Main Activities

• User enablement on single or
  - bank platforms, including creation, maintenance, and removal of clients, linked accounts, and users.
• Support of high transactional volume
  - trading applications within Fixed Income, including navigation, functional, and basic technical support.
• Escalation and
  - up of system disruptions or user feedback.
• Create and maintain articles within Knowledge Centers.
• Assist in e
  Commerce Product Development projects and testing.
• Create and maintain support materials, user guides, training manuals, etc.
• Provide training and demos to internal users or clients.

Profile And Skills To Success

• Postgraduate degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• Relevant experience in Banking and Financial Operations.
• Fluent in English (C1-C2 level).
• Skills in Office Suite, especially Excel.
