Role Overview
As the E-commerce & CRM Specialist for the United Kingdom market, you will enhance our online shopping experience and drive customer retention through effective CRM and
- commerce strategies, building on our established United Kingdom market presence to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the commercial plan for the United Kingdom market.
- Manage and optimize online products on
- boutiques and through
- merchandising. - Implement and manage commercial animations, leveraging experience in CMS management.
- Act as the interface with the web design agency to ensure proper content management and website uploads.
- Oversee website enhancements, including new projects, customer journey optimization, and bug resolution.
- Coordinate with the translation agency to ensure content adaptation for UK market.
- Propose, define, and implement emailing strategies to drive customer engagement.
- Ensure the execution of email campaigns, overseeing all stages (content creation, HTML integration, supplier coordination).
- Maintain the relevance of customer segmentation and ensure the quality of the customer database.
- Analyze campaign results, track ROI, and derive actionable recommendations.
- Develop KPIs and performance reports (delivery, open rates,
- through rates, conversions, etc. ). - Monitor competitors and technological trends to identify opportunities and improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- Experience in
- commerce and working with email service providers, - Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong data analytics and segmentation skills.
- Excellent writing skills for creating compelling content.
- Strong organizational, planning, and analytical abilities.
- Proactive, innovative, autonomous, and creative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and results.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
