E-commerce & Digital Growth Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a
- on,
- driven E-commerce & Digital Growth Manager to manage and grow our online business. You’ll manage the daily performance of our
- commerce channel and take ownership of driving online sales and subscription revenue. This role is an exciting opportunity to build and scale
- commerce from the ground up. Further enhance, promote, and manage our Europe E-Commerce strategy. You will play a crucial role in the further development of our online presence across marketplaces and pure players, driving sales by boosting brand visibility and overall platform presence in multiple countries. Collaborating closely with various internal teams and external partners, you will promote online growth and strengthen our competitive position.
Key accountabilities
Lead the
- commerce channel, promote a collaborative and
- oriented environment
Identify market trends and digital sales channels to expand our online footprint
Establish new partnerships to increase our brand reach
Oversee external partnership to ensure a seamless customer experience across channels
Manage advertisement and brand development on the E-Commerce platforms
Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory and supply
Experience required
It’s a builder role for someone with 2–4 years of relevant experience preferably within Beverages, FMCG, who is ready to roll up their sleeves and grow with the company.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e. g. , Marketing, Business, E-Commerce)
In-depth knowledge of various digital platforms, marketplaces, and E-Commerce technologies
Excellent knowledge of business English

Manage

Coordinate with social media and brand teams to convert traffic into customers
Support with promotions, campaigns, and product launches
Optimize product pages, offers, and site experience
Work with agency partners to launch and manage paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, Tik

Set up and manage email marketing flows (e. g. , welcome,
- purchase)
Develop and test a subscription model
Track performance, data driven
Manage basic customer service and FAQ processes
