E-Commerce Analyst & Operations Specialist
to make sure our digital business runs smoothly—and grows smarter every day. This role blends
analytical insight
with
operational execution
, ensuring our online stores perform at their best.
The Role
As our E-Commerce Analyst & Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for both
analyzing performance
and
managing daily operations
across our ecommerce platforms. You'll turn data into actionable insights, while also ensuring flawless execution of product launches, promotions, and processes.
Your work will directly impact traffic, conversions, and customer satisfaction across Kings of Indigo, Stapf, and Felicitas.
What You'll Do
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and analyze ecommerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, revenue, AOV, CLV, retention).
Build dashboards and reports for leadership and
- functional teams.
Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
Support campaign tracking, attribution analysis, and ROI reporting for marketing.
Run A/B test analysis and propose improvements.
E-Commerce Operations
Oversee daily operations of the online stores, ensuring smooth product launches, updates, and promotions.
Manage product listings, pricing updates, and digital merchandising.
Coordinate with logistics to monitor fulfillment, returns, and stock availability.
Ensure website content is accurate,

- date, and aligned with campaign schedules.
Troubleshoot issues with platforms, payments, or integrations.
Identify process improvements and help implement automation for efficiency.
Who You Are
2–4 years of experience in ecommerce, analytics, or operations.
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI (SQL/Python a plus).
Familiar with ecommerce platforms (Shopify preferred) and marketing tools (Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Solid understanding of ecommerce KPIs and customer journey metrics.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Hands-on attitude—you're comfortable analyzing data and rolling up your sleeves for operational tasks.
Strong communication skills;
able to present insights clearly to
- analysts.
Fluent in English (German or Portuguese a plus).
Eligible to work in Portugal.
