Position Overview: United Hospitality Management (UHM) is seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Manager to join the Marketing team. This individual will play a key role in driving online sales for Serenity – The Art of Well Being, an
- winning spa brand within the UHM portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in
- commerce management, digital marketing, and sales support, with a passion for the wellness and cosmetic industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive
  - commerce strategy for Serenity, in alignment with overall business objectives and brand standards.
• Manage all aspects of the website, ensuring it is
  - friendly, visually appealing, and functional, including overseeing web development, design, and content updates.
• Curate and organize product listings (descriptions, images, and pricing content updates) and optimize the customer experience.
• Ensure a positive user experience throughout the customer journey from browsing to checkout and
  - purchase support, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and improving customer satisfaction and retention.
• Implement effective digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion on the Serenity Spa website (email marketing, social media advertising, PPC, and affiliate marketing).
• Strategize to increase online sales by optimizing product pages for SEO, improving conversion rates, and implementing upselling or
  - selling techniques.
• Manage relationships with
  - party suppliers such as shipping carriers, payment processors, and software providers, including contract negotiation and issue resolution.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and product categorization.
• Monitor KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition cost; use data analytics to inform
  - driven decisions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies, making recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in
  - commerce management, preferably within wellness, cosmetic, hospitality, or luxury retail sectors.
• Proven track record of driving online sales and revenue growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
• Proficiency in
  - commerce platforms (e. g. , Shopify, Woo
  Commerce) and content management systems (e. g. , Word
  Press).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make
  - driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Flexibility to adapt to a
  - paced and evolving work environment.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Power
  Point (preferred).
• Team player with proactive work style and ability to meet deadlines.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Location: Pine Cliffs Resort (mandatory).
