Position: E-Commerce Manager to join the Marketing team. This role will drive online sales for Serenity – The Art of Well Being, an
- winning spa brand within the UHM portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
- commerce management, digital marketing, and sales support, with a passion for the wellness and cosmetic industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive
  - commerce strategy for Serenity, in alignment with overall business objectives and brand standards.
• Manage the website to be
  - friendly, visually appealing, and functional; oversee web development, design, and content updates.
• Manage all aspects of the website, including curating and organizing product listings (descriptions, images, pricing content updates) and customer experience optimization.
• Ensure a positive user experience throughout the customer journey, from browsing to checkout and
  - purchase support; address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and implement measures to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Implement effective digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion on the Serenity Spa website (email marketing, social media advertising,
  -
  - click campaigns, and affiliate marketing).
• Implement strategies to increase online sales, such as optimizing product pages for search engines (SEO), improving conversion rates, and implementing upselling or
  - selling techniques.
• Manage relationships with
  - party suppliers such as shipping carriers, payment processors, and software providers; involved in negotiating contracts, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and product categorization.
• Monitor KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition cost; use data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences, and make
  - driven decisions to improve performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies; make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in
  - commerce management, preferably within wellness, cosmetic, hospitality or luxury retail sector.
• Proven track record of success in driving online sales and revenue growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
• Proficiency in
  - commerce platforms (e. g. , Shopify, Woo
  Commerce) and content management systems (e. g. , Word
  Press).
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make
  - driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Flexibility to adapt to a
  - paced and evolving work environment.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Power
  Point (preferential).
• Team player; proactive and capable of working under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Location: Pine Cliffs Resort (mandatory).
