Details – Hospitality, Sports, Leisure is the platform responsible for managing the Hospitality, Sports, and Leisure areas of Arrow Global in Portugal. It oversees the management of major hotel units located in Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira, Aroeira, and Madeira, as well as golf courses and equestrian centers.

The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales and reservations, overseeing digital systems and content management, and enhancing the online visibility and performance of hospitality offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage online partner relationships.
• Oversee PMS, channel managers, and reservation systems.
• Ensure uniform group operations through mapping and quality control.
• Control deposit and cancellation policies.
• Administer rates, offers, and promo codes.
• Enhance online visibility and positioning of units.
• Communicate regularly with partners to streamline processes.
• Monitor partner results and identify opportunities.
• Identify room category opportunities

Key Qualifications:

• Relevant degree and
  - commerce experience.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS, D-Edge, Siteminder, and partner’s extranets.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
