Role Overview

As the E-Commerce Performance Manager, you will be the right hand for strategic and
-
- day performance topics, ensuring we are continuously optimizing what’s working, correcting what’s broken, through alignment of our digital, marketing, and product development teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Shopify Excellence & Operations: Maintain and optimize product listings, tags, availability, SKUs, visibility, and collections; clean up and structure historical product data; ensure product launches and stock updates are reflected correctly.

• Performance Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze Shopify reports, prepare performance updates, identify insights, and suggest actions.

• Tech Stack & Tool Integration: Manage tracking with GA4, Meta Pixel, Klaviyo; build dashboards; optimize Shopify apps.

• CRM & CRO Optimization: Diagnose
  - offs, support content and performance teams, oversee customer communications.

• Strategic Decision Support: Collaborate with leadership on performance insights, product, marketing, website, and funnel strategies; monitor trends; oversee P&L and financial recommendations.

Must-have:

• 5+ years in E-Commerce management, Shopify, and digital analytics
• Strong understanding of Shopify Admin and analytics
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
• Data-driven, structured,
  - oriented
• Excellent written and spoken English

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in fashion, apparel, or DTC merchandising
• UX and visual merchandising insights
• Start-up or
  - up experience
