- oriented E-Commerce Performance Manager who can help us make smarter decisions, faster.
Role Overview
As the E-Commerce Performance Manager, you will be the right hand for strategic and day to day performance topics, ensuring we are continuously optimizing
- ’s working, correcting
- ’s broken, through alignment of our digital, marketing, and product developments teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Shopify Excellence & Operations:
- Maintain and optimize all product listings, tags, availability, SKUs, visibility, and collections
- Clean up and structure historical product data (publish dates, returns, availability patterns)
- Ensure product launches and stock updates are correctly reflected

- Performance Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze Shopify reports: conversion rate, AOV, product sales, traffic sources, and customer cohorts
- Prepare recurring (weekly/monthly) performance updates and deep dives
- Identify insights and make clear suggestions (e. g. "best-selling variant needs push", "high returns on item X")
- Tech Stack & Tool Integration:
- Manage proper tracking with GA4, Meta Pixel, Klaviyo, and other Shopify apps
- Build and automate reporting dashboards (using tools like Data Export Reports, Lifetimely, or Google Sheets)
- Implementing and optimizing relevant Shopify apps that help drive sales & operational performance
- CRM & CRO Optimization:
- Diagnose
- offs from product view to checkout - Support content, brand, and performance teams with
- level feedback - Oversight over customer comms - newsletter, transactional emails, etc.
- Strategic Decision Support:
- Be a sparring partner to the leadership team on what’s working and why
- Regularly present ideas for product portfolio, marketing, website, or funnel optimizations
- Highlight trends early: e. g. changes in customer behavior, product fatigue, repeat rates
- P&L overview and understanding aligned with key financial recommendations
Preferred Qualifications (Must-have/Nice-to-have)
Must-have:
- 5+ years in E-Commerce management, Shopify, and digital analytics
- Excellent understanding of Shopify Admin (products, reporting, analytics)
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, lookups, trend analysis)
- Data-driven, structured and
- obsessed - Clear written and spoken English
Nice-to-have:
- Fashion, apparel, or merch DTC background
- UX and visual merchandising insight
- Experience working in
