Commerce fraud prevention, with demonstrated ability to protect
- facing digital platforms against automated abuse, credential stuffing, and scraping campaigns. - Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with at least one
- grade bot mitigation solution (e. g. , Cloudflare, Akamai, Perimeter
X, Data
Dome), including configuration, monitoring, and rule tuning capabilities. - Architectural Awareness: Understanding of web application stacks,
- server interactions, and integration points between bot defence tools and underlying infrastructure such as CDNs, WAFs, and load balancers. - Bot Traffic Monitoring and Analysis: Continuously oversee bot defence platforms to identify malicious automated traffic, account abuse attempts, scraping activity, and evolving bypass techniques, ensuring

- clock visibility and awareness. - Dynamic Rule Tuning and Threat Adaptation: Regularly update detection logic, challenge mechanisms, and mitigation rules based on threat intelligence, anomaly patterns, and observed bot behaviours—minimizing false negatives while reducing false positives and business disruption.

Ops, and digital experience teams to align mitigation strategies with platform requirements, customer experience expectations, and evolving e
Commerce business goals. - Impact and Effectiveness Evaluation: Track bot trends, success rates of attacks, and defence efficacy. Conduct root cause analyses of bypasses or misclassifications and deliver actionable recommendations to enhance protective posture.
- Business-Friendly Implementation: Ensure that bot mitigation techniques (e. g. , CAPTCHAs,
- limiting, fingerprinting) are SEO-compliant, accessible to all users, and optimized to avoid interfering with legitimate customer journeys and conversion flows. - Good Behavioral and communication skills
- Industry-Relevant Experience (Preferred).
