ISTO. is looking for an E-Commerce Tech Associate to support our online business from a technical and operational angle. You’ll work closely with the Head of E-commerce and
- functional teams to maintain and optimize our Shopify Plus store, own tracking and analytics integrations, and troubleshoot
-
- day technical issues across our digital stack.

This is a
- on technical role that requires real fluency with
- end logic, platform integrations, and data flows. You’ll need to be comfortable making small code edits, setting up scripts, working with APIs, and debugging when things break. You won’t be doing
- stack development, but you will be expected to understand how things work under the hood.

This is a
- time,
- site role in Lisbon, with the possibility of occasional hybrid days. You will work closely with the
- commerce and growth teams, while becoming our internal
- to person for digital systems and tech stack execution.

You Will:

• Help manage and maintain our Shopify Plus storefront, including theme customizations and app integrations
• Implement and troubleshoot tracking setups using GA4, Meta pixels,
  - side tagging, and other analytics tools
• Support the execution of landing pages,
  - site experiments, and UX improvements
• Write or edit HTML, CSS, or Liquid to
  - tune
  - end performance and layout
• Coordinate with external developers when deeper technical implementation is required
• Connect and configure tools like Klaviyo, Gorgias, Zapier, or other Saa
  S platforms via APIs or native integrations
• Maintain documentation for internal systems and ensure tools are working correctly across marketing and operations
• Help ensure the site is fast, stable, and integrated with our broader
  - commerce strategy

What We're Looking For:

• 1 to 3 years of
  - on technical experience in
  - commerce, web operations, or digital product environments
• Educational background in engineering, computer science, or a technical field
• Proficiency with Shopify or Shopify Plus, especially
  - end theme structure and app management
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java
  Script basics, and Liquid templating
• Experience setting up analytics, events, and tracking tags via Google Tag Manager or similar tools
• Strong attention to detail and debugging mindset — you enjoy solving technical puzzles
• Ability to work
  - functionally and communicate with both technical and
  - technical stakeholders
• Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus
• Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate

Bonus Points:

• Experience working with Klaviyo, Gorgias, Meta Ads Manager, or Zapier
• Comfort with basic scripts, APIs, and automation workflows
• Background in
  - commerce, retail, or consumer product brands
• Interest in fashion, sustainability, or brand building
• Familiarity with
  - code environments like Webflow, Airtable, or Notion automation
