Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement engaging
  - learning modules using Captivate and Articulate.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and analyze content requirements.
• Create interactive and
  - rich learning experiences that align with instructional design principles.
• Conduct needs assessments and learner analysis to tailor content to specific audiences.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and prototypes for
  - learning courses.
• Ensure all learning materials are accessible and compliant with industry standards (e. G. , SCORM, AICC, WCAG).
• Evaluate and revise existing
  - learning content to enhance effectiveness and engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in
  - learning and instructional design.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for
  - learning platforms and tools.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to ensure seamless integration of learning solutions.
• Demonstrate maturity and professionalism in working to meet client requirements and managing
  - facing interactions.
• Adapt to ambiguity and thrive in an
  - changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Java
  Script.
• Certification in instructional design or
  - learning development.
