- edge educational content.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement engaging
- learning modules using Captivate and Articulate.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and analyze content requirements.

Create interactive and
- rich learning experiences that align with instructional design principles.

Conduct needs assessments and learner analysis to tailor content to specific audiences.

Develop storyboards, scripts, and prototypes for
- learning courses.

Ensure all learning materials are accessible and compliant with industry standards (e. g. , SCORM, AICC, WCAG).

Evaluate and revise existing
- learning content to enhance effectiveness and engagement.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in
- learning and instructional design.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for
- learning platforms and tools.

Collaborate with
- functional teams to ensure seamless integration of learning solutions.

Demonstrate maturity and professionalism in working to meet client requirements and managing
- facing interactions.

Adapt to ambiguity and thrive in an
- changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a related field.

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Java
Script.

Certification in instructional design or
- learning development.
