Role: E-Traffic Manager for the United Kingdom market. You will spearhead strategies to boost online traffic and conversions for our

Location: Leiria, Portugal (Hybrid: 3 days
- site, 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase online traffic.
• Support the management and optimization of digital investment.
• Implement and manage daily traffic campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc. ).
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
• Create creative briefs for marketing campaigns.
• Proactively seek new traffic sources to expand reach.
• Support relationships with digital marketing agencies.
• Provide regular reporting and actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor-'s degree in Marketing, or related fields.
• Over 5 years of experience in
  - traffic management or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of online marketing techniques (RTB, Social Ads, SEA, Affiliate Programs, Display, Retargeting, among others).
• Proficiency in Adobe Omniture and/or Google Analytics.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a
  - paced environment.
• Proactive mindset, strong team spirit, and
  - oriented approach.
• Solid understanding of the UK online retail market
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is a plus.
