Who We're Looking For:
An E2E (End-to-End) Shopper Strategist that develops and implements strategies to influence shopper behavior across all touchpoints of the customer journey, from initial awareness to
- purchase.
This role involves using
- driven insights to create seamless and effective shopping experiences, optimizing both online and offline channels. And involves understanding shopper behavior, crafting targeted campaigns and collaborating with various teams and external partners to optimize the shopper journey to drive sales.
Responsible for the

- end executional delivery of Shopper Marketing campaigns. Each campaign will be customer
- led, creatively excellent and delivered with maximum operational efficiency.
In essence, the E2E Shopper Strategist is a key driver of sales growth by ensuring that marketing efforts are effective at every stage of the shopper's journey, from initial awareness to final purchase.
What You'll Do:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute

- end shopper marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on influencing shopper behavior. - Customer Journey Mapping: Design and optimize the complete customer journey across various channels, ensuring a consistent and positive experience.
- Data Analysis: Leverage data and analytics to understand shopper behavior, identify opportunities for improvement, and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, strategy, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.

What You'll Need:
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Experience in E2E brand architecture and customer journey mapping: Proven experience in recommending the touchpoints and channels and also designing and optimizing customer journeys across the total ecosystem.
- Understanding of digital marketing: Knowledge of various digital marketing channels and their role in the shopper journey.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills: Ability to clearly communicate strategic recommendations and project updates to stakeholders.
- Ability to work
- functionally: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders. - Experience in shopper marketing or related field: Experience in developing and executing shopper marketing campaigns is essential
- Strong understanding of shopper behavior and the consumer decision journey
- Proficiency in developing and executing omnichannel shopper marketing strategies
