What you will be doing:

We are seeking a highly motivated and
- oriented Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive strategic decisions. You will collaborate with internal departmental stream leads and
- functional teams to reduce bad debt, enhance customer experience, and improve operational efficiencies.

Objectives of this role:

• Data Analysis & Insights: Deliver actionable insights by analyzing complex datasets within the first 90 days. Develop detailed reports and dashboards that communicate key trends and recommendations.
• Efficiency Improvements: Identify at least three opportunities for operational or strategic improvements based on data analysis within six months.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure data solutions align with business goals. Gather and incorporate feedback to refine analysis processes.
• Performance Monitoring: Create systems to track KPIs within three months. Provide regular updates and timely insights.
• Tool Proficiency: Master data tools like Power BI, SQL, Python, and integrate them into workflows within 60 days.
• Strategic Contribution: Present
  - driven recommendations in meetings and participate in impactful projects within the first year.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new techniques or tools to improve analysis quality or efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Identify patterns and insights to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Monitor KPIs and suggest improvements.
• Stay current with industry best practices in data analysis.

What you bring:

• Proficiency in Power BI, including creating dashboards, managing data models, and optimizing performance.
• Experience in developing data visualizations and dashboards tailored to business needs.
• Skills in designing and maintaining data models, relationships, and hierarchies.
• Ability to write and optimize DAX formulas for calculations.
• Experience with ETL processes using Power Query.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for large datasets.
• Understanding of
  - level security (RLS) in Power BI.
• Ability to integrate Power BI with SQL, Excel, and cloud platforms like Azure.
• Experience in publishing and scheduling reports on Power BI Service.
• Strong analytical,
  - solving, and communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to adapt in
  - paced environments.
