The Opportunity

As an Associate, you’ll join Cloud
Rock’s structured Workday Pathway Programme — a development journey for early‑career talent that blends hands‑on experience, formal learning, and professional certification. You will build foundational consulting and delivery skills while working toward certification in one of four specialisms:

• Workday Human Capital Management (HCM)
• Workday Financials (Fins)
• Change & Adoption (PROSCI Certification)
• Project Management Office (PMO)

This entry‑level role is designed for graduates or early‑career professionals based in Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid), who are excited to learn, contribute, and grow into an Associate Consultant role within 24 months.

What You’ll Do

• Take part in structured training and mentoring leading to Workday or PROSCI certification
• Support client project teams with analysis, documentation, configuration, and testing activities
• Learn Cloud
  Rock’s consulting methodology and delivery standards
• Build understanding of HR, Finance, and Transformation processes
• Maintain accurate records and help ensure consistent, high‑quality outputs
• Collaborate with colleagues to solve problems, share insights, and improve how we work
• Demonstrate Cloud
  Rock’s core capability areas in everything you do: Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Proactive Delivery, Open Communication

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

• A recent graduate or early‑career professional with a background in Business, HR, Finance, Data, or Technology
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Interest in people, process, and technology and how they come together to drive change
• Presence in Lisbon in early January 2026 for the assessment, and availability to join on 2nd February 2026
