Early Childhood Educator – Holistic & Alternative Education Vila Verde

O Mundo Somos Nós Learning Centre, dedicated to holistic and transformative education, is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Educator (ages 3–6). We are looking for someone with experience in alternative education settings, ideally familiar with child centred approaches.

Ideal Profile

• University degree in Early Childhood Education / Pre-school Education (or equivalent).
• Additional training or specialization in innovative/alternative pedagogies.
• Strong knowledge and passion for
  - centered learning approaches.
• Ability to create a prepared environment that fosters autonomy and holistic development.
• Excellent observation and documentation skills.
• Creative in adapting materials and activities to children’s individual needs.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate closely with families.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (oral and written); other languages are a plus.
• Highly organized,
  - motivated, flexible, and proactive.
• Passionate about our mission of educating for a new world.
