About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career in a specialized back‑office role within the aviation sector. You won’t be dealing with customers directly; Instead, you’ll be the crucial link in managing official legal inquiries and regulatory compliance.
You will manage interactions with key external legal and regulatory bodies, ensuring Easy
Jet’s compliance and protecting the company’s legal standing before cases escalated to court.
Your Mission:
- Talk to Experts: You’ll mainly communicate with lawyers, legal officers, and official government agencies called National Enforcement Bodies (NEBs).
- Manage Passenger Rights Issues: Your core job is to handle official complaints and situations about passenger rights, like flight delays or cancellations.
- Work with Regulators: You will coordinate with the NEBs (who check if Easy
Jet is treating passengers fairly) in the country where a problem happened. - Handle Paperwork: You will read, organize, and manage all the documents related to these legal situations.
- Fix Problems: You will work to resolve issues quickly with these agencies before they turn into court cases.
Desired Profile:
- German: C2 level (perfect written and spoken is mandatory).
- English: Good level (B2 minimum)
- Skills: Strong problem‑solving and a detail‑oriented approach.
- Adaptability: A fast learner ready to master new processes quickly.
- Attitude: Excellent communicator who thrives in a team environment.
- Work Permit: Must have a valid EU ID card or passport to legally work in Portugal.
Working Hours:
Stable, consistent schedule: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays), 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (Portuguese time). You get Saturday & Sunday off!
