Job Description:

As an ECM Specialist, you will work with IBM Content Manager (Distributed) and IBM Content Manager On
Demand (Distributed) to improve document management processes. Your main responsibilities include developing workflows, integrating with other systems, and managing the IBM Content Manager infrastructure. You will troubleshoot issues related to Content Manager, DB2, and Web
Sphere Application Server, ensuring smooth system performance. You’ll also help monitor and improve document storage and retrieval, ensure compliance with legal and data retention policies, and collaborate with teams from infrastructure, development, and security. Additionally, you’ll support users by promoting best practices and providing training on the tools.

Must-Have:

• Solid experience with IBM Content Manager (Distributed)
• Hands-on experience with IBM Content Manager On
  Demand (Distributed)
• Strong knowledge of DB2 (administration, performance tuning, SQL)
• Proficiency with Web
  Sphere Application Server (installation, application management, security)
• Ability to work in critical production environments
• Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English

Would be great if you have:

• Experience in regulated sectors (banking, insurance, utilities)
• Knowledge of workflows/document management systems
• Familiarity with automation scripts (e. G. Shell, Python)
• Ability to collaborate with infrastructure, development, and security teams
