Job Responsibilities

As a member of the Digital Department, you will participate in driving sales for Guerlain. Com, contributing to brand elevation, and enhancing the DTC experience through partnerships, product launches, and activations.

Key Missions

DTC:

• Manage, analyze, and interpret
  - commerce KPIs.
• Drive sales aligned with business goals.
• Develop and execute the animation plan.
• Foster
  - luxe collaborations and partnerships.

CRM:

• Define communication strategies to improve KPIs like repurchase, loyalty, and engagement.
• Manage and grow the customer database.
• Implement Loyalty and Care Programs for a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Execute local CRM initiatives, including events and partnerships.

Traffic Acquisition:

• Implement local media campaigns following guidelines.
• Partner with agencies to increase traffic and conversions.
• Analyze campaign results for insights.

E-retail:

• Ensure accurate online content and monitor sector trends.
• Analyze E-Retail performance and define KPIs.
• Develop guidelines for E-Retail best practices.
• Support e
  Retail projects with an intern.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business.
• 5+ years of e
  Commerce experience.
• Result-oriented with multitasking skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and communicative in English and Portuguese.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Excel, Salesforce, and Power
  BI.
