Job Description

Our product owner team puts the customer at the center of everything we do and focuses on providing seamless journeys. We are looking for a dynamic leader to own the website experience across awareness and consideration within the Bose.com Salesforce platform.

You are responsible for driving customer engagement, maximizing the value of product capabilities, ensuring product health and performance, and prioritizing the work of the Development Team. You represent the business stakeholders and are the voice of the customer.

As the Site Experience Product Owner, you will collaborate with business leaders in Direct to Consumer, including e
Commerce, Customer Service, and Marketing, to understand our business strategy and translate needs into EPICS and Stories for the development team to deliver.

As a strategic leader, you must partner with the strategy team to define and articulate business value to build a prioritized backlog. You should be passionate about defining and building amazing experiences for our customers and bring innovative ideas and solutions to the business.

What do you do?

• Keep current with industry trends and emerging solutions related to digital consumer journeys, behaviors, and experience
• Own the website customer experience strategy, roadmap, and execution for the awareness and consideration phases
• Work with teams to develop product features and improvements with a focus on the customer
• Define scope and business value of features using data from testing and experimentation
• Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in alignment with business goals, customer needs, and stakeholder input
• Create product implementation plans, highlight key milestones and releases, and communicate proactively with stakeholders
• Provide business validation on solutions as they are developed
• Partner with the business to ensure
  - user acceptance testing
• Monitor
  - launch performance to ensure quality and benefit realization

How do you make a difference?

• Experience working on Salesforce platform, specifically Commerce Cloud
• 3+ years of experience in the Enterprise D2C space
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills
• Excellent communications and leadership skills
• Experience with content management systems
• Familiarity with web analytics tools (e. g. , Google Analytics)
• Strong leadership and Agile team collaboration
• In-depth understanding of your product
• Ability to assess situations quickly and communicate effectively with the engineering team
• Customer-centric mindset and
  - oriented delivery
• Ability to negotiate
  - offs and prioritize effectively
• Keen attention to detail and a growth mindset

Ideally, You Have Experience And Expertise With

• Design thinking techniques to refine product features
• Developing roadmaps
• Effective collaboration with external and internal partners
• Establishing backlog item sequencing based on priorities, events, and dependencies with other teams
• Operating as part of an extended Product Management Team, usually reporting to a Business or Service Owner
• Understanding the Enterprise Backlog Model with Epics, Capabilities, Features, and Stories; experience with SAFe
• Strategies to minimize operations work through quality delivery,
  - service automation, and
  - healing solutions
