We are looking for a dynamic leader to own the website experience across awareness and consideration within the customer journey on our Bose.com Salesforce platform. You are responsible for driving customer engagement, maximizing the value of the product capabilities, ensuring product health and performance, and prioritizing the work of the Development Team. You represent the business stakeholders and are the voice of the customer. As the Site Experience Product Owner, you will work closely with business leaders in our Direct to Consumer organization, including e
Commerce, Customer Service, and Marketing to understand our business strategy and translate those needs into EPICS and Stories for your development team to deliver. As a strategic leader, you must partner with our strategy team to define and articulate business value to build a prioritized backlog. You must be passionate about defining and building amazing experiences for our customers and bring innovative ideas and solutions to the business. * Keep current with industry trends and emerging solutions related to digital Consumer journeys, behaviors, and experience* Own the website customer experience strategy, roadmap, and execution for the awareness and consideration phases of the customer journey* Work with teams to develop our product features and improvements with a focus on the customer* Define scope and business value of features by leveraging data captured through testing and experimentation* Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in alignment with business goals, customer needs, and stakeholder input* Make product implementation plans, highlight key milestones and releases and communicate proactively with stakeholders* Provide business validation on solutions as they are developed* Partner with the business to ensure
