As an Ecommerce Growth Manager at Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will drive client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and
- driven forecasting. You will lead the development of accurate,
- driven forecasts and ensure strategies are executed to transform projections into scalable growth for clients. Your actions resonate with CTC Global values and reflect the core principles of media acquisition.
Your role includes proactive client engagement, clear communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations to build trust and strengthen relationships. You will advocate for CTC’s unique approach to media acquisition and its tools, maintaining a high standard of efficiency, scalability, and results focus.

KICK OFF PERIOD

ONBOARDING
- Align with the Brain Trust for ideas across clients and collaborate with pod members (Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist).
- Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Maintain data integrity across Statlas and execute the Prophet system for clients.
- Build Growth Forecasts and Growth Maps using the Prophet System, with data analysis to support the map and marketing calendar alignment.
- Daily execution and actualization vs. forecast; adjust plans to meet KPIs.
- Pivot quickly when needed and lead in challenging situations.
- Implement CTC’s Meta best practices and campaigns using our structure and processes.
- Monitor campaigns, adjust budgets and strategy to optimize daily targets.
- Test accounts to improve performance and hit targets.
ENSURING AND HOLDING THE STANDARD OF QUALITY OF WORK
- Maintain within a 5% delta to the forecast.
- Daily client alignment with forecast and strategy.
- Execute Prophet system milestones on schedule with high quality.
- Deliver all work on time with attention to detail.
Client Communication
- Champion client communication, ensuring alignment on Growth Map goals and deadlines for the team.
- Provide daily performance updates to clients and weekly strategy updates.
CONTRIBUTING BACK
- Share learnings to improve systems and practices; collaborate across teams and contribute to company content.

You will merge the Finance and Marketing sides of a business to build a forecasted strategy to help the business achieve its goal.

- performance standards. - Apply best practices in media buying to drive excellent results and maintain client satisfaction above benchmarks.

SALARY RANGE
- First month: $2, 000
- Second month: $4, 000
- Third month (on average): $7, 000
- 1st Year Annual Range: $64, 000-$76, 000
- 2nd Year Annual Range: $100, 000-$120, 000
This will depend on the number of clients and the quality of work.
