ECOMMERCE GROWTH MANAGER at Common Thread Collective
Overview
We are looking for a
- driven Ecommerce Growth Manager to drive client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and
- driven forecasting. This role involves developing accurate,
- driven forecasts and executing strategies that transform projections into scalable growth for clients. You will be a proactive partner in client success, maintaining clear communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations, while representing CTC’s approach to media acquisition and Growth forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Drive client success through strategic media buying, optimization, and
- driven forecasting. - Lead development of accurate forecasts and ensure strategies are executed to deliver measurable growth for clients.
- Communicate performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Represent CTC’s approach to media acquisition and its tools, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate across teams to build growth forecasts and lead campaigns using CTC’s Prophet system and best practices.
- Monitor campaigns, adjust budgets and strategy to hit daily projected targets, and run tests to improve performance.
- Provide ongoing client updates and ensure alignment on goals, maps, and timelines.
- Take ownership, be proactive in
- solving, and drive continuous improvement in processes and results.

- Maintain accuracy within a 5% delta to the Growth Map and Prophet system forecasts.
- Deliver
- quality work on schedule with accountability and client satisfaction. - Lead and collaborate with the team to optimize productivity and outcomes for clients.
- Apply best practices in media buying to achieve superior results.

- Fully remote with flexible scheduling; regular feedback, measurable quality benchmarks, and weekly

Salary & Growth
- Compensation varies by client load and performance.
- Salary ranges: First month $2, 000; second month $4, 000; third month average $7, 000; 1st year $64, 000-$76, 000; 2nd year $100, 000-$120, 000. Growth is tied to performance and defined advancement paths.
