- driven and experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team. As an Ecommerce Manager at Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will be instrumental in driving client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and
- driven forecasting. You will lead the development of accurate,
- driven forecasts, ensuring that every strategy is executed seamlessly to transform projections into tangible, scalable growth for our clients. Your actions and decisions will reflect the core values of CTC Global, covering the entire spectrum of CTC’s Strategic Forecasting methods and the foundational principles of media acquisition.
Your role goes beyond delivering measurable business outcomes—you will be a proactive partner in client success, maintaining clear and transparent communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations. This continuous dialogue builds trust, strengthens partnerships, and positions CTC as a strategic ally, guiding clients through the intricacies of media acquisition and growth planning.

ONBOARDING
- Align with the team and contribute to the Brain Trust for ideas across clients.
- Manage and work with team members of your pod including Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, and Email Strategist.
- Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Uphold data integrity of clients across Statlas.
- Responsible for the execution of the Prophet system for your clients.
- Build Growth Forecasts for clients, including:
- Growth map using the Prophet System
- Data analysis for the map
- Marketing calendar alignment with clients
- Daily execution and actualization vs. forecast; deconstruct and adjust projections to meet KPIs.
- Combine data analysis and client feedback to develop strategic plans for the future.
- Be among the first to adopt pivots; lead in obstacle situations.
- Implement CTC’s Meta best practices; build campaigns using our structure.
- Maintain ideologies and processes across accounts; monitor campaigns and adjust budgets/strategy to hit daily projected targets; run tests to beat
- performing campaigns.
ENSURING AND HOLDING THE STANDARD OF QUALITY OF WORK
- Maintain within a 5% delta to the forecast.
- Daily client alignment with forecast and strategy.
- Execute Prophet system on time and with high quality.
- Deliver all work on schedule with optimal quality and detail.
Client Communication
- Champion communication; align clients on Growth Map goals and next steps; ensure team clarity with exact deadlines.
- Send daily performance updates to clients.
- Maintain alignment across Strategy and Forecast with the client daily.
- Provide weekly updates on the Weekly Strategy Call.
CONTRIBUTING BACK
- Share learnings back to the system for feedback and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate on ideas and learning across teams.
- Contribute to future company content production.

SALARY RANGE
- First month: 2, 000
- Second month: 4, 000
- Third month (average): 7, 000 per month
- 1st Year Annual Range: 64, 000–76, 000
- 2nd Year Annual Range: 100, 000–120, 000
This will depend on the amount of clients and the quality of work.
