Role Expectations & Success Metrics
What Success Looks Like
Merge finance and marketing to build forecasted strategies and drive client outcomes. Achieve high accuracy within a 5% delta of forecasts, lead a team to optimize productivity, apply best practices in media buying, maintain client satisfaction above benchmarks, and meet deadlines and budgets with quality execution.
Responsibilities / Responsibilities and Growth
- Kick-off and onboarding activities: prepare for
- leverage skill development, take feedback quickly, and execute with quality and timeliness. - Onboarding and team collaboration: work with a pod (Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist) and maintain data integrity across Statlas.
- Build Growth Forecasts for clients using Prophet system, including growth maps, data analysis, marketing calendar alignment, and daily execution aligned to KPIs.
- Monitor campaigns, adjust budgets/strategy to hit Daily Projected Targets; run tests to beat
- performing campaigns. - Communicate with clients: provide daily updates, align strategy and forecast, and support weekly strategy calls.
- Contribute back to systems and processes; share learnings across teams and future content.
Requirements & Skills
Next-Level Skills
- Communication: Fluent English, persuasive messaging, strong presentation skills, data analysis capability, and familiarity with tools like Google Sheets.
- Past Experience: Experience in domains such as mathematics, data analytics, business operations, retail, finance, media buying, etc.

Domain & Management
Role reports to Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program. This is a
- facing position.
Compensation & Growth
- Salary progression: First month $2, 000; second month $4, 000; third month average $7, 000. 1st year annual range: $64, 000–$76, 000; 2nd year annual range: $100, 000–$120, 000. Final compensation depends on clients and performance.
