Job Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for growth across the customer journey and translate them into impactful features, CRO tactics, marketing initiatives, and experiments.
• Shape the vision behind key initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and
  - quality execution.
• Write creative and technical briefs that provide teams (design, development, CRM, content production) with clarity and inspiration to do great work.
• Coordinate
  - functional teams and rally them around shared goals and timelines.
• Measure the impact of these initiatives, offering insights and recommendations based on metrics and customer feedback.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of key seasonal moments and product launches.
• Stay informed about ecommerce trends, tools, and competitors, and turn inspiration into initiatives that elevate our brand and customer experience.

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, product management, ecommerce, or growth, especially in
  - growth or startup environments.
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams (marketing, tech, creative, management).
• Proven ability to think like an owner — set priorities, make smart
  - offs, and drive results.
• Passion for ecommerce, luxury, jewelry, and building disruptive consumer brands.
• A strong learning mindset. You’re energized by growth, not afraid to fail, and excited to work with us.
