Responsibilities

• Protect public‑facing digital platforms against automated abuse, credential stuffing, and scraping campaigns.
• Configure, monitor, and tune enterprise‑grade bot mitigation solutions such as Cloudflare, Akamai, Perimeter
  X, or Data
  Dome.
• Apply core web protocol knowledge (HTTP/S behaviour, user‑agent spoofing, CAPTCHAs, Java
  Script fingerprinting, behavioural detection) to defend web applications.
• Integrate bot defence tools with underlying infrastructure (CDNs, WAFs, load balancers).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in application security, bot defence, or e
  Commerce fraud prevention.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one enterprise‑grade bot‑mitigation solution.
• Strong grasp of web protocols and defence mechanisms.
• Ability to differentiate legitimate traffic from evasive bot patterns.
• Understanding of web application stacks, client‑server interactions, and integration points between bot‑defence tools and infrastructure.

  Commerce, retail, or ticketing environments.
