Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and monitoring daily e
Commerce operations in Portugal. You will work closely with local and regional teams in a matrix organization, contributing to the growth of the digital channel with a strong focus on conversion, profitability, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the online catalog (content, pricing, stock, promotions).
- Ensure flawless execution of the commercial calendar and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing, performance, and CRM teams to drive sales growth.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and online activations.
- Align
- functionally with Marketing, Buying, and Finance teams to ensure commercial excellence.
- Analyze and report key KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, margin) and propose actions for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HQ and regional teams on strategic initiatives and omnichannel projects.
- Manage App Commerce operations and optimization to enhance mobile first shopping experience.
- Implement best practices in UX and journey optimization.
- Contribute to technology and process improvement projects.
- Manage logistics and payment methods for a better service to our consumer
Required Profile
- Minimum experience:
2+ years in e
Commerce and digital, ideally in Beauty (fragrances, makeup, skincare).
Alternative industries in order of preference:
Fashion and Retail D2C.
- Specialized retail experience (ideally in perfumery and cosmetics)
- Fluent native Portuguese and English are mandatory.
- Proven experience managing App Commerce (mandatory).
- Strong analytical and
- oriented mindset, accustomed to working with metrics and KPIs (mandatory).
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, multinational, and matrix environments.
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
- Sensitivity to luxury and beauty markets.
- Advanced knowledge of e
Commerce tools and analytics (Excel, Google Analytics, CMS). Power BI knowledge is desirable.
- System knowdlege desirable.
- Residence in Portugal - Lisbon area.
