Ecommerce Support
The selected resource will be responsible for supporting end users of the
- commerce platforms, delivering assistance with a proactive,
- oriented approach focused on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver user support through helpdesk channels, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues related to Bosch
- commerce systems
Create, update, and share relevant documentation, including known issues, new functionalities, and upcoming deployments
Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new users
Assist users during testing phases to ensure smooth adoption and functionality validation
Required Competencies:
Proven experience in
- user support (helpdesk), including technical documentation and testing assistance
Familiarity with
- commerce platforms and workflows
Background in SAP ERP SD (Sales & Distribution) processes — such as

- order and
-
- cash — is a valuable asset
Strong customer focus and adaptability in the face of change
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive attitude, able to work independently with confidence and clarity
Proficiency in Portuguese (written and spoken) and strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Full Remote position from Portugal
