Position Summary
The e
Commerce Support Specialist plays a crucial role in connecting the Purina team with Zooplus, ensuring accurate and timely product information and assortment details. This role serves as the primary contact for e
Commerce inquiries, maintaining compliance with Purina’s guidelines and utilizing Nestlé’s E-Commerce Operating Models and Global Solutions. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure product listing integrity, monitor performance metrics, support category reviews, and identify growth opportunities through data analysis.
A Day in the Life. . .
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of assortment information for Purina in Zooplus, including data sharing and status updates.
- Gather key product information for listings and maintain related documentation.
- Provide performance metrics for new launches and strategic SKUs to inform assortment strategies.
- Support category reviews with Zooplus to discuss business status, consumer trends, and opportunities.
- Consolidate performance data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Assist in creating strategic documents and managing meetings in customer planning processes.
What Will Make You Successful
- 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing/e
