Job Description
As an EDI Flow Analyst, you will play a key role in integrating, monitoring, and optimizing critical data exchanges between our clients, their partners, and our application environment. You will act as both a technical and functional expert in EDI-related topics and flow analysis.
Main Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor inbound and outbound EDI flows for key account clients (24/7 availability on a
- call basis). - Identify, analyze, and propose improvements to the tools and processes used for monitoring technical and business flows.
- Maintain smooth and professional communication with clients and their technical partners.
- Provide support during crisis calls to assist clients and maintain
- based relationships. - Participate in incident management and the
- up of standard changes related to data flows. - Contribute to GO/NO GO assessments for the deployment of new EDI flows.
- Take part in service reviews and actively contribute to continuous improvement plans.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in EDI protocols and standards (EDIFACT, X12, XML, etc. ).
- Skills in monitoring, measuring, and analyzing data flows.
- Ability to provide relevant recommendations to improve flow performance.
- Experience in
- application data integration. - Knowledge of development (scripting, EDI tools, mappings, etc. ).
- ITIL 4 or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
