Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS), established in 2019 in Lisbon, Portugal, provides financial services to Air Liquide European entities. It has expanded to over 400 employees across Lisbon, Tomar, and Guarda, covering not only finance but also human resources, with operations extending to Africa, Middle East, and India.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Perform transactional and administrative tasks related to employee data, manage physical records, and ensure data integrity and compliance.

Note:

This position is available in Lisboa, Tomar, and Guarda.

Responsibilities:

1. Resolve inquiries using knowledge base documents within SLA

2. Provide regular updates to employees and partners

3. Follow up on outstanding items and gather feedback

4. Assist HR Shared Service Centre users with
- help resources

5. Own cases and update resolutions promptly in the case management system

6. Escalate complex issues appropriately

7. Identify gaps in knowledge base documentation and suggest improvements

Are you a MATCH?

1. Degree in HR, Social Sciences, Administration, or similar

2. Strong organizational and communication skills

3. Ability to interact professionally across cultures and levels

4. Proactive, independent, and responsible work ethic

5. Confidentiality and commitment

6. IT proficiency with HR and document management tools

7. Intermediate English (spoken and written)

8. Intermediate German (spoken and written) - Mandatory

9. Experience as HR administrative assistant preferred
