EDM Analyst with Dutch – Air Liquide

Key Responsibilities

• Performs transactional and administrative tasks related to employee personal and job data changes.
• Delivers physical record and document management services.
• Ensures employee and organization data integrity and compliance.
• Resolves enquiries using knowledge base documents within SLA.
• Provides regular status updates to employees and partners, maintaining contact until request is resolved.
• Actively follows up on outstanding items and obtains feedback on resolution.
• Helps and educates HR Shared Service Centre users to navigate self‑help materials.
• Assumes ownership of cases and updates the resolution accurately and on a timely basis.
• Escalates complex enquiries to appropriate support levels or subject‑matter experts.
• Identifies gaps in knowledge base documentation and highlights improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Social Sciences, Administration or similar.
• Fluent in Dutch and intermediate in English (written and spoken); additional languages valued.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to ask relevant questions to understand and clarify issues and to attempt resolution.
• Ownership and capability to work independently, take initiative and follow up on assigned projects.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with a high sense of commitment.
• IT savvy and resourceful with knowledge management, document management, and HR systems.
• Experience as an HR administrative assistant (recommended; shared‑services experience is a plus).
