What You'll Do

Own the Sales Process (80%)

• Drive our sales pipeline from lead to close, test and iterate on different sales motions
• Run our sales playbook for
  - up approaches
  • Build strategies to turn teacher champions into
    - wide adoptions
  • Schedule and lead demos with teachers and school administrators
• Build our sales playbook for
  - down approaches
  • Contact schools where teachers use Co
    Grader’s free version
  • Generate admin leads top down
• Create marketing & sales assets
• Manage our CRM and sales tools
• Hit quarterly revenue targets

Operate Customer Success (20%)

• Drive renewals, reviewing price, and
  - selling
• Expand within existing accounts to add more schools
• Build referral programs to leverage happy customers
• Increase usage in schools, through successful training and customer onboarding, leading to teacher/user retention
• Collect and synthesize customer feedback to inform product development
