We are looking for an Application Support Consultant (L2) with strong functional knowledge of EKIP , to join a
- level support team focused on
- critical leasing applications.

This role sits between IT and business, ensuring application stability, efficient incident resolution, and
- quality support to end users in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide
  - level (L2) application support for the EKIP platform
• Analyze and resolve functional and technical incidents related to leasing processes
• Support end users and business teams, mainly in a French-speaking context
• Manage and analyze leasing contracts within the application
• Collaborate with L3 / development teams when escalation is required
• Contribute to application stability and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience

• Professional proficiency in French (mandatory)
• Solid knowledge of leasing products
• Experience in contract management
• Background in application technical/functional support
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders

Hybrid work: 2/3x in the office in Lisbon
