Learning Specialist to join our team. This role combines digital learning content development with LMS management, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for our internal learners.

Responsibilities

Content Development:

• Design and develop engaging, interactive e
  Learning modules using tools like Articulate Rise or Storyline.
• Adapt existing training content into digital formats (videos, quizzes, microlearning).
• Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to translate learning objectives into effective digital experiences.
• Ensure all content is SCORM/x
  API compliant and optimized for LMS delivery.

LMS Management & Support:

• Create and manage training programs, ensuring accurate version control.
• Maintain consistent course structures and naming conventions across the LMS.
• Generate reports and analyze learning data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide user support, resolving access issues and helping improve the learner experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and developing digital learning content with Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Experience with LMS management (Workday Learning preferred), including content upload, user management, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of SCORM/x
  API standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Working knowledge of English plus one additional language (German, French, or Italian) is a strong plus.
