In order to create the future, we are looking for an Electrical Engineer.
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer, that will perform tasks such:
- Participate in and improve installation workflows, including planning, field support, and documentation.
- Follow and adapt standard procedures for commissioning and verification of energy systems.
- Conduct site surveys and support the installation processes.
- Prepare and review technical documentation.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers or technicians.
- Delegate tasks, support troubleshooting, and promote good engineering practices within the team.
- Communicate effectively with field teams, internal stakeholders, and occasional clients.

- Basic understanding of firmware or embedded systems (a plus).
Specific Skills Required
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in electrical or energy systems.
- Experience with electrical panels, hardware integration, and
- site installations.
- Familiarity with energy management systems and Io
T architectures (e. g. , Modbus, MQTT).
- Understanding of site surveys, commissioning, and standard field procedures.
- Ability to work with firmware or embedded systems (a bonus, not mandatory).
- Proven ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Skilled in delegating, supporting team troubleshooting, and upholding high engineering standards.
- Fluent English.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Employees need to have Portuguese tax residency, and be located in Lisbon Region.
Position sponsored by Portuguese R&D Funding Project: 12 months contract, with possibility to renew to permanent contract after the first contracting period.
