Responsibilities

• You will process and execute customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness at every step.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and manage change orders effectively.
• Oversee the transport and customs processes for equipment, coordinating with forwarders and internal teams.
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, maintaining accurate records of transactions.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

• A degree in Electromechanical Engineering, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in order processing, logistics, or a related area, showcasing your technical proficiency.
• Native Portuguese language skills, with advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order entry and documentation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple tasks effectively.
